Document Reviews

(Packages starting at $500) 

  • For clients who require a “second set of eyes” to review their child’s evaluations, IEP/504 plans or other special education documents and reports

Individual Services for Existing IEP/504 Plan and/or Annual Review

(Package starting at $2500) 

  • For clients who require support with an existing IEP/504 annual review. 

  • Includes a document review that includes past and current evaluations and IEP/504 plans, educational records, medical and health records and behavioral records. 

  • Written and verbal communications with the school team. 

  • Virtual attendance at 2 meetings (1 IEP meeting and 1 follow-up meeting). 

  • Collaboration with team members to develop an appropriate IEP/504 Plan 

  • Reviewing evaluations, reports and PWN’s in order to make appropriate recommendations and suggestions for appropriate accommodations and services. 

  • Review of the DRAFT IEP/504 and PWN (Prior Written Notice) for accuracy and finalizing the IEP/504.

Eligibility or IEP Meeting Advocacy

(Package starts at $1000)(+$500 virtual attendance at meeting) 

  • For clients who require support in preparing for their child’s IEP/504 Plan meeting.  Parents intend to attend the meeting independently.  No advocate representation at the meeting.. 

  • Includes a review of current IEP data and review of proposed DRAFT IEP in order to give expert recommendations for academics, goals/objectives, accommodations, modifications, related services including transition services, etc.. 

  • Review of PWN (prior written notice) and finalize an appropriate plan.

Revision of Classification

(Packages start at $2000) 

  • For clients who do feel that their child’s current disability classification is accurate or does not reflect their child’s needs 

  • Includes a review of your child’s data and current IEP and programming. 

  • Review of additional data and information from 3rd party evaluations that the parents want to present to the school team 

  • Written and verbal communications with the school team. 

  • Collaboration with team members to develop a new and appropriate IEP/504 Plan that reflects their child’s needs 

  • Virtual attendance at 2 meetings with the IEP/504 team (1 IEP meeting and 1 follow-up meeting to review implementation of the IEP/504 Plan)  

  • Review of the DRAFT IEP/504 and PWN (Prior Written Notice) for accuracy and finalizing the IEP/504.

Amending the IEP with additional services (Functional Behavior Assessment, Transition Services, Extended School Year Services)

(Packages starting at $1500) 

  • For clients who believe that their child’s IEP is lacking the fundamental sections of a Behavior Intervention Plan, Transition Services and/or Extended School Year services.  is having an impact on their education Includes document and data review.

Teacher Meetings (Non-IEP Meetings)

($500) 

  • For clients who want to meet with their child’s teacher’s at the beginning of the school year or semester to discuss accommodations and modifications with the content specialist teacher.  This is great for middle school and high school students. 

  • Includes review of child’s IEP goals/objectives and accommodations. Meeting with parent to discuss additional recommendations prior to the “team meeting)

  • For clients who require support in initiating/establishing their child’s special education status. 

  • Includes a document review that includes educational records, medical and health records and behavioral records. 

  • Written and verbal communications with the school team 

  • Virtual attendance at 3 meetings (1 eligibility meeting, 1 IEP meeting and 1 follow-up meeting) 

  • Collaboration with team members to develop an appropriate IEP/504 Plan 

  • Reviewing evaluations, reports and PWN’s in order to make appropriate recommendations and suggestions for appropriate accommodations and services. 

  • Review of the DRAFT IEP/504 and PWN (Prior Written Notice) for accuracy and finalizing the IEP/504.

Early Intervention Services

(Package starts at $3000) 

  • For clients with children under the age of 5 seeking special education services prior to the compensatory attendance age. 

  • Includes a document review that includes educational records, medical and health records and behavioral records. 

  • Written and verbal communications with the school team 

  • Virtual attendance at 3 meetings (1 eligibility meeting, 1 IEP meeting and 1 follow-up meeting) 

  • Collaboration and coordination with HeadStart or Pre-K services and team members to develop an appropriate IEP/504 Plan 

  • Reviewing evaluations, reports and PWN’s in order to make appropriate recommendations and suggestions for appropriate accommodations and services. 

  • Review of the DRAFT IEP/504 and PWN (Prior Written Notice) for accuracy and finalizing the IEP/504.

Revision of Programming

  • For clients who do not think that their child’s current programming/placement is appropriate or meeting their academic or behavioral needs. 

  • Includes a review of your child’s data and current IEP and programming.

  • Virtual attendance at 2 meetings with the IEP/504 team (1 IEP meeting and 1 follow-up meeting)  

  • Review of the DRAFT IEP/504 and PWN (Prior Written Notice) for accuracy and finalizing the IEP/504.

Change of Placement

(Packages start at $2000) 

  • For clients who do feel that their child’s current placement is an appropriate placement that meet their child’s needs. The current placement is either too restrictive or does not give enough support

  • Review of additional data and information from 3rd party evaluations that the parents want to present to the school team 

  • Written and verbal communications with the school team. 

  • Collaboration with team members to develop a new and appropriate IEP/504 Plan that reflects their child’s needs 

  • Virtual attendance at 2 meetings with the IEP/504 team (1 IEP meeting and 1 follow-up meeting to review implementation of the IEP/504 Plan)  

  • Review of the DRAFT IEP/504 and PWN (Prior Written Notice) for accuracy and finalizing the IEP/504.

Transition Services from School to Adult Services

(Packages start at $3500) 

  • For clients who require support in initiating/establishing their child’s transition from school to adult services (Post secondary services (18-22) 

  • Includes a document review that includes educational records, medical and health records and behavioral records.

  • Virtual attendance at 3 meetings (1 eligibility meeting, 1 IEP meeting and 1 follow-up meeting) 

  • Collaboration with team members to develop an appropriate IEP/504 Plan 

  • Reviewing evaluations, reports and PWN’s in order to make appropriate recommendations and suggestions for appropriate accommodations and services. 

  • Review of the DRAFT IEP/504 and PWN (Prior Written Notice) for accuracy and finalizing the IEP/504.
